Wes Fredell, a representative from Landmark Roofing, came upon our request for a roof inspection on two properties I own. Mr . Fredell arrived as scheduled. He explained the process thoroughly before the inspection. My main home showed some hail damage which Mr. Fredell logged and had taken pictures of. He did a complete inspection of the roof and explained in full detail what he found. We then moved to my other property where he performed the same process. Mr Fredell was very professional and upfront with both assessments. I highly recommend Landmark because of their professionalism, communication, and truthfulness. Keep Landmark in mind when you need a roof. You’ll be glad you did.

Jesse was wonderful to deal with. We had trouble with a roofing claim for quite some time and he was able to get it approved and get me a beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend Landmark and Jesse their manager.

Companies in general don’t want to be bothered with small repairs. Small repairs now can turn into more business later. Landmark took the time to fix my small roof repair so they will be my first phone call when it’s time for a new roof. Jesse was amazing to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Dylan did the repair and it looks great. He checked and addressed other things while he was on the roof. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was. These guys are so professional and courteous. It’s at a level I don’t see much anymore. Ryan did the scheduling and it was right on time. This is a company and crew I can definitely recommend.

My husband and I first learned about Landmark Roofing when we attended a cookout for veterans they held several years ago. We were impressed with their concern for the community. This year a friend who lives in another neighborhood in Lenoir said that they had replaced her roof and the roofs of several of her neighbors and they were all very satisfied with the work that was done. When my husband and I realized this fall that we were going to have to replace our roof on our modular home, we contacted Landmark. David V. came out and took measurements of our roof, explained exactly what materials may be required and what our options in shingles would be. When we were given the quote later we felt it was very reasonable. The work commenced on the date agreed upon, it was completed same day, and the cleanup job was very thorough. David responded by phone to any questions I had during the process and he came back to close out with us days later when we were sure we were satisfied. Also, he and Jesse have gone out of their way to assist us on a special issue. This company has real integrity which is getting to be a rare thing these days, and we highly recommend their services. I have found Corbin Osceola to be very helpful during the whole process on getting my new roof.  All the workers were very helpful and cleaned the area well after finishing the job.  I am very pleased with my new roof and very happy to recommend Landmark Roofing to others.
